A lot of useful knowledge never makes it into a formal document

The regulatory specialist who remembers why a validation approach was chosen. The scientist who knows which protocol variation actually works. The engineer who understands the system nobody documented. When those people leave, that context can disappear with them. The documents that remain do not always answer the practical questions people have.

Knowledgewise is a knowledge retrieval platform built to preserve both kinds of knowledge — the documented and the tacit — and make them queryable by anyone with the right to ask.

How it works

The platform uses a plugin based architecture. A single retrieval engine serves multiple domains, so pointing the platform at a new area of knowledge does not mean rebuilding it. Fleet management and laptop support are the first two domains running today.

A feedback loop

Thumbs up or down on answers, a correction path when an answer is wrong, and a queue of questions it could not answer, so the knowledge base grows where it is actually thin.

Document level access control

Role based access control extends to the document level, so a user sees answers drawn only from material they are permitted to see.

Voice capture

Records knowledge that starts as a spoken conversation — an expert explaining something to a colleague — rather than a written document.

Applied to life sciences

For pharma and biotech organizations, the domain is regulatory knowledge, standard operating procedures, validation history, research documentation, and the institutional memory that sits around all of it.

Knowledgewise is offered as the same platform applied to that domain, deployed within the organization's own environment.

What it is not

Knowledgewise is offered as an accelerator, deployed for a client. It is not integrated into this website and does not answer questions here.
