You lay out a bioinformatics pipeline in GenXFlo by drag and drop, and it writes the Nextflow code for you. The pipeline then runs in a container, with no dependencies to set up.
A platform for computer system validation in life sciences. We built it around a cost that recurs, the upkeep of validation and documentation on GxP systems.
Knowledgewise is a knowledge retrieval platform that keeps what an organization knows, written down or not, and lets people ask questions of it. Life sciences is a new domain for it.
